Refund policy

TrustBotics Return Policy – 30 Days
We want you to love your TrustBotics rituals. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused or only tested in a minimal way (a few drops).
The outer protective foil may be removed, but the product must remain in its original packaging.
Items showing significant use or damage cannot be accepted.
You’ll need proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
How to start a return:
1. Contact us at contact@trustbotics.co.uk before sending any item back.
2. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions and the return address.
3. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately. We will make it right at no additional cost.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, this may take additional time.
Exchanges: If you wish to try another oil or ritual, please return your item first and then place a new order.
Exceptions: Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Products returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
