At TrustBotics, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and securely as possible.

 

Processing time 

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping within the UK

Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery (if available): 1–2 working days after dispatch.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Free delivery may be offered as part of special promotions (when applicable).

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

You can track your package anytime through our Track Your Ritual page or directly with the carrier.

 

Delays

While we do everything to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to high demand, postal strikes, or circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will keep you updated.
